Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 8, 2026. This policy explains how Omoggle handles information when you use camera verification, mog scans, and ladder features.

1. Categories of data

Depending on the feature you use, we may process account identifiers, device and network telemetry, live video frames during checks, derived scores from a Solo PSL Scan, match history, moderation reports, and communications you send to support.

2. Why we process live video

Live video enables human verification, fair mog baselines, and abuse detection. Processing is limited to what is needed to operate the arena, protect players, and maintain ladder integrity.

3. Retention

We avoid building a permanent personal video library. Some derived signals may persist so matchmaking and appeals work correctly. Exact retention windows can vary by region and product version; check in-app notices for the active schedule.

4. Analytics

We may use aggregated analytics to understand queue health, client crashes, and feature adoption. Aggregates do not need to identify you personally.

5. Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure vendors under strict contracts, with law enforcement when required by law, or with safety partners when necessary to investigate credible threats.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights. Deletion may be limited where we must retain records for safety or legal compliance.
