Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026. These terms apply to the Omoggle marketing site and the live competitive experience it describes.

1. Eligibility

Omoggle is restricted to adults. You may not use the service if you are under 18. The age gate is an acknowledgment mechanism and does not replace legal identity verification where such verification is required by law in your jurisdiction.

2. Live video conduct

You agree to appear on camera only as yourself unless a sanctioned broadcast mode explicitly allows otherwise. Harassment, hateful conduct, non-consensual sexual content, threats, self-harm encouragement, or illegal activity may result in immediate suspension.

3. Competitive integrity

You may not manipulate matchmaking, exploit bugs for ladder gain, use third-party tools to fake video, or coordinate with others to fix match outcomes. We may roll back ladder progress that was earned through abuse.

4. Accounts and enforcement

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that present a safety risk. You can appeal certain enforcement actions through the contact channel published inside the product.

5. Disclaimers

Omoggle is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Mog rankings are entertainment metrics, not professional endorsements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omoggle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of live video features or ladder competition.
